Who we are

What data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, through:

• Enquiry emails — your name, email address, and anything else you include in your message.
• Booking a call — via our Cal.com booking widget, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide when scheduling.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that collect personal data on this site at present.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you
• To schedule and manage calls or meetings you book with us
• To deliver services to you if you become a client

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've initiated) and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run our business — including scheduling software, customer record-keeping tools, and workflow automation software — which may process your data on our behalf, strictly to help us respond to you and deliver our services.

We do not sell your data to any third party, under any circumstances.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or deliver services, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in which case standard business record-keeping periods apply) or we're required to keep it longer by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
